Set to centre with a cushion shape old cut natural unenhanced Burmese ruby with an approximate weight of 3.07 carats, in an open back rubover millegrain setting, encircled by a single row of twelve round old cut diamonds in open back grain and rubover millegrain settings with an approximate combined weight of 2.40 carats, to an elegant scalloped openwork cluster with an ornate scrolling pattern motif gallery and intricate pierced backholing, flanked by fleur de lis scrolling shoulders, flowing down to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1910, accompanied by Swiss Gemmological Institute (SSEF) report #73314. UK finger size N.
